Facade works started on Blue Sky 22/4
The monolithic frame of both buildings is complete and facade cladding has begun on Block B.
Construction of Blue Sky 22/4 on Marshal Baghramyan street is progressing as planned. Both five-storey buildings now have a complete monolithic frame, and this month our team started installing the facade cladding on Block B.
What happens next
Windows will be installed in Block A by December, followed by the mansard roofs and courtyard landscaping in spring 2027. Handover of apartments remains planned for Q4 2027.
