From one building to four neighbourhoods
We started with a single residential building in Nor Hachn and a simple promise: honest prices, solid construction and homes we would live in ourselves.
Today Blue Sky builds apartment buildings on Marshal Baghramyan street and a townhouse community, with a mortgage partnership with Ameriabank so families can move in sooner.
Every project is designed in-house — from the seismic-resistant monolithic frame to the courtyard landscaping — and our team stays in touch after handover.
