These terms govern your use of bluesky.am, operated by Blue Sky LLC, Nor Hachn, Republic of Armenia. By using the website you agree to them.

Visualisations, renders, interior images and floor plans are illustrative. Areas are approximate and may differ slightly after final measurement. Finishing, materials and landscaping may change during construction without reducing quality.

• Prices are shown in Armenian dram (AMD) and may change without notice
• Availability is updated regularly but is not guaranteed in real time
• An apartment is reserved only after a signed reservation agreement and payment
• Price per m² is calculated from the total area stated in the agreement

The calculator gives an indicative estimate only and is not a loan offer. Interest rates, terms and the income-tax refund depend on the bank’s decision (for example Ameriabank) and current legislation.

Sending a form does not create an obligation for you or for us. Visits to the sales office, show apartment or construction site are by appointment and must follow safety instructions.
