Blue Sky LLC (“Blue Sky Construction”, “we”) develops residential projects in Nor Hachn, Kotayk Province, Republic of Armenia, and operates the website bluesky.am. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect
When you fill in a form, call or message us, we may collect:
- Name, phone number and e-mail address
- Preferred way of contact (call, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber)
- The project or apartment you are interested in and your message
- Mortgage calculator inputs, if you choose to attach them
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, language and pages visited (via cookies)
How we use your data
- To answer your request and call you back
- To arrange visits to the sales office, show apartment or construction site
- To prepare a personal offer and reservation documents
- To help with a mortgage application — only with your consent
- To improve the website and measure advertising performance
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
Legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data”: on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, for our legitimate interests (e.g. website security), or where the law requires it.
Who we share data with
Your request is delivered to our sales team through secure internal tools (CRM and a private Telegram group). We may share data with:
- Partner banks such as Ameriabank — only if you ask for mortgage assistance
- IT, hosting and analytics providers acting on our instructions
- Public authorities, when required by law
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 3 years after our last contact, and contract-related data for the period required by Armenian law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the website work and remember your language. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
